Returns/Refunds/Exchanges:

Online orders: 100% satisfaction is guaranteed with our products.  In the event you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please return, unused, within 15 days of delivery.  Shipping is not included, however we will kindly return or exchange your purchase.  Any questions can be directed to heather@notfornavigation.com or 877-858-6453.  Please use this contact information to inquire about refunding and/or exchanging. 


Custom orders: Due to the custom nature of YOUR ORDER, our organization will not accept any returns, exchanges or provide refunds on items purchased from the online store, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to the efforts of the manufacturing.

Please make sure and DOUBLE CHECK that your selections are correct.  We appreciate your support and look forward to a successful shopping experience.

Delivery & Processing Time

Online orders: Most online orders will ship between 10-14 business days.  If you have a rush order, please contact heather@notfornavigation.com  or 877-858-6453 to expedite your order. 

Custom orders: Custom orders generally take between 2-4 weeks depending on the nature and the quantity of your order.  If you have a rush order, please contact heather@notfornavigation.com  or 877-858-6453 to expedite your order. 

All products are shipped UPS Ground. Depending on location of delivery, shipment can take 3-5 days. We are unable to accept PO Boxes as an address for delivery.
